Located on the southeastern outskirts of Tirana, near Farka Lake, Terracotta Terraces is conceived as a residential development shaped by the natural slope of the site. The project is organized as a sequence of stepped volumes that descend gradually with the terrain, reducing the visual impact of the buildings while creating generous terraces and layered outdoor spaces. A warm terracotta façade defines the architectural identity of the complex, while tall arched openings introduce rhythm, depth and a contemporary Mediterranean character. The staggered composition preserves openness and visual connections between the different levels, allowing vegetation to become an integral part of the architecture through planted terraces, courtyards and landscaped circulation spaces. By combining strong material continuity with a sensitive response to topography, Terracotta Terraces creates a cohesive residential environment where architecture and landscape are conceived as a single system.
